John started working with David Williams, our founder, in 2002, managing both residential and commercial repossessions – handling over 300 repossessions in the first year.
John had spent the previous 9 years working with Dedman’s (now Dedman Gray) as a director looking after their auction house, residential (7 offices), commercial property sales and management, business sales, new homes, land and planning and development departments. John has been working for Results Asset Management (now Results AM Ltd) for 13 years and in 2022 completed a sale to buy the business.
Over the last 4 years the business has grown, now carrying out project monitoring of works up to £750,000, site visits and reviews of commercial and residential development properties, build programs, AIP reviews, property reports for regulated and non regulated loans, desktop reports, along with single visits asset and identity checks. We cover 250 visits monthly and cover the UK and Southern Ireland with a strategically placed Asset Management team across the UK.
David started his estate agency career in 1983 and by 1995 had an 18 office group across Essex. He has been called on by TV and Radio many times over his career to comment on the property market and was heavily involved in the Times Property Supplement on a weekly basis some years ago.
The asset management side of the business started in 2002 when Capital Asset Managers was formed and handled the sale of hundreds of repossessions each year. This brought about the realisation that an early Asset Manager visit could assist in sorting the wheat from the chaff in property and client terms and help lenders select the correct Valuers for their panel. Results AM has become the premier Asset Management company in England and Wales having over 20 short term lenders under contract and 10 highly skilled asset managers placed in strategic areas of the country. We undertake around 250 property inspections each month and hold £1m of PI cover.
Katalina owns and manages a successful residential sales and lettings business developed over 25 years. During this time, she has developed extensive expertise in property management, client relations, and delivered a high-quality service across a diverse portfolio.
She is also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor, holding a recognised diploma, which enables her to provide informed guidance on energy performance and compliance requirements within the property sector.
For the past five years, Katalina has worked with Results AM, where she has been responsible for overseeing a range of larger and more complex projects both residential and commercial. This includes managing works to convert Houses into Multiple Occupation (HMOs).
Her experience combines strong commercial awareness with in-depth industry knowledge, allowing her to effectively manage projects from initial instruction through to completion while maintaining a focus on quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Pat Gillies and John Foster have known each other through the commercial property industry since 1996. With over 30 years’ experience in the property industry, he has developed a broad and well-rounded skill set across the South East and South West region. His work spans the full property lifecycle, including sourcing and acquiring opportunities, overseeing construction and refurbishment projects, providing strategic consultancy, and managing assets to maximise their long-term value.
Pat has been working with Results AM for over 8 years and covers all aspects of Property management.
Robert Lane joined Churston Heard, a specialist London West End commercial practise in 1973 dealing with the East Midlands, Yorkshire and the North East. He jointly founded Lane Walker in Sheffield in 1980, a specialist commercial agency dealing throughout Yorkshire and the Midlands. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1978 becoming a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in October 1985. Robert was a Registered Valuer before closing Lane Walker in 2023. He has retained links with the profession as an active Alumni of CPN, the commercial property network.
For the past 22 years Phil has been running a Residential Sales & Lettings agency in Abergavenny, South Wales. His estate agency career started way back in 1981 in South-East Kent with both a small independent firm and a large, national company. Around 1990 Phil ventured into the world of financial services both as an IFA and latterly with Nationwide Building Society before returning to his first love of estate agency and setting up his own company in 2004. Phil has been working with Results AM for around 3 years
Alyson has a proven background and extensive experience within the property sector.
Alyson ran her own businesses, specialising in the property sector where her achievements have been shown though innovative interior design, property refurbishment and show home specialisation; all while maintaining approved budgets and timescales.
Over the last 5 years she has also been working in the field of Property Portfolio Management for a private individual, where she had strategic oversight of real estate assets in order to optimize their value and income streams, managing everything from residential lettings, HMO licensing, agricultural grazing-land tenancies, to Pub landlord occupancy. This involves a comprehensive approach that encompasses property management, financial analysis, and the implementation of long-term investment strategies.
Alyson joined Results AM over 3 years ago and has been working within the property asset management services, helping lenders and investors protect value and manage development funding across multiple sites and lenders. In effect, acting as the “eyes and ears” on the ground for lenders, ensuring loan compliance, maximising asset value, managing risk, and facilitating strategic exits.
A highly experienced property professional with over 12 years in the lettings industry, bringing a strong track record in property management and leadership. For the past five years, she has successfully led teams as Head of Property Management across two estate agencies, demonstrating expertise in operational efficiency, client relations, and team development.
Prior to transitioning into property, she built a solid foundation in banking, collections, and finance, contributing to a well-rounded, commercially aware approach to the industry.
Most recently, she has transitioned into an Asset Manager role and has been working with Results AM for the past three months.
Roland Parsloe has over 25 years’ experience delivering complex construction and property development projects, including extensive work on Grade II and Grade II* listed buildings, and heritage‑sensitive infrastructure schemes. A Chartered Civil Engineer with a master’s degree in project management, his career spans projects from £25k to £180m, with a particular focus on refurbishing and enhancing existing assets while coordinating approvals and stakeholder engagement with bodies such as Historic England, the Environment Agent, Network Rail and local Conservation Officers.
For the past five years Roland has worked as an Asset Manager for Results AM, overseeing a wide range of development and refurbishment schemes on behalf of multiple lenders, further strengthening his expertise in cost and risk management, due diligence, compliance, and delivery oversight. His experience includes key roles at Bristol Temple Meads Station, the Borough Market Thameslink Programme, the Olympic Park, and the conversion of a Grade II* listed building into six luxury apartments in Salisbury, alongside the successful development, refinancing, and long‑term management of multiple single let and HMO residential properties within his own portfolio.
This combined professional background, together with a lifelong passion for residential property, demonstrates a strong and consistent capability to deliver or oversee high‑quality, compliant, and commercially successful development projects.
Mark has spent the last 24 years in the property sector, commencing in the hotels department at Christie + Co. Having spent the previous 17 years developing the family’s hotel assets, Mark was responsible for hotel disposals in Yorkshire taking annual fees to a record level in excess of £500,000.
Mark was then head hunted by Knight Frank, bringing much needed operator experience to the partnership. At Knight Frank, Mark was responsible for hotel agency and hotel development advice to investors across the whole of the north.
While at Knight Frank, Mark was invited to provide development consultancy services for a client company and provide a development director service. The advice related to precontract due diligence involving, development appraisal, site selection and acquisition, design, planning management, operator and contractor negotiations for the rollout of their hotel portfolio. Similar consultancy advice was then extended to the company’s student accommodation concept.
In 2024 Mark ceased providing development advice in order to develop assets of his own, which are now complete. Mark has now returned to the property sector, bringing the above experience with him.
Angela is currently working as a PA to the Senior Asset Manager’s team, providing high-level administrative, HR, and operational support. In this role, she is responsible for preparing asset management reports, conducting research, and ensuring the smooth coordination of key business activities. She also supports business operations, compliance, and audits, working closely with senior leadership.
She brings over 27 years of experience in global banking and payments, including senior roles at NatWest and nearly 20 years at Fiserv. Her background spans fraud prevention, debt recovery, and project governance, with a strong focus on risk management, reporting, and operational efficiency.
She prides herself on her strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in fast-paced environments.
Nicola Harrris is an experienced Office Manager with a strong background in operations, client liaison, and administration. In her current role at RESULTs AM Ltd, she oversees the day-to-day running of the business, working closely with borrowers, lenders, and asset managers, as well as managing invoicing and internal processes.
Previously, she worked within the aviation insurance sector, gaining extensive experience in client management, underwriting liaison, document preparation, and supporting senior leadership.
